We use your information to provide and maintain our services, process your data uploads and generate insights, send you service-related communications, improve and personalize your experience, and comply with legal obligations.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use Supabase for database hosting with row-level security policies, and Pinecone for vector storage. All data is hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to operate our platform, including Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI analysis), Voyage AI (embeddings), Pinecone (vector search), and Netlify (hosting). Each provider has their own privacy policies governing their handling of data.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used to understand platform usage patterns and are anonymized where possible.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You may export your data or request complete account deletion by contacting our support team. We will respond to all data requests within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data and uploaded content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
