Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of Service

Sentivy provides an AI-powered customer intelligence platform that allows you to upload customer data, generate insights using artificial intelligence, conduct surveys, and interact with your data through a conversational interface. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and integrations with third-party platforms.

Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the data you upload and the content you generate. You must not upload data that you do not have the right to use, or data that violates the privacy rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. Sentivy retains ownership of the Service, including its technology, algorithms, and user interface. Insights and reports generated by the Service from your data are owned by you. We do not use your data to train AI models or share it with other customers.

Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.

Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentivy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
