Which Freshdesk plans are supported?
Any plan with API access — Growth, Pro, and Enterprise all work. Sentivy automatically respects your plan's rate limits.
Does Sentivy ingest private notes?
No. Only incoming customer messages and public ticket content are analyzed. Internal notes and agent replies are filtered out.
Can I import historical tickets?
Yes — the initial sync backfills your recent history automatically and works backward in windows, so even large helpdesks import completely.
How quickly do new tickets show up?
Incremental sync runs every 15 minutes. You can also add a Freshdesk automation-rule webhook for near-real-time updates.
