All Zendesk Suite and Support plans include API access, so the integration works on any plan. Sync speed scales with your plan's API rate limits, which Sentivy manages automatically.
Does Sentivy see internal agent notes?
No. Sentivy only ingests public ticket comments and the ticket description — private/internal notes are filtered out before anything is stored.
How fresh is the data?
Tickets sync incrementally every 15 minutes, and you can enable real-time webhooks so new customer comments and CSAT responses arrive within seconds.
