Which Trustpilot plans include API access?
API access is included on Premium and Enterprise plans and available as an add-on on Starter and Plus. If your plan doesn't include the private API, Sentivy automatically falls back to syncing your public reviews.
Does Sentivy sync review edits and removals?
Yes — reviews are re-synced on update, so edited or reported reviews stay accurate in your analysis.
Can I see who wrote a review?
With private API access, reviews include the consumer's name and your order reference ID, letting you join reviews to real accounts.
How fast do new reviews arrive?
Sync runs every 30 minutes, and you can point a Trustpilot webhook at Sentivy for faster pickup.
