Does this include star-only ratings?
Apple's API only exposes reviews with written text — star-only ratings aren't available to any third-party tool. Sentivy analyzes every written review, which is where the explanations live anyway.
Is my App Store Connect key safe?
Yes. Your .p8 key is encrypted with AES-256 before storage, used exclusively to generate short-lived (under 20 minutes) read tokens, and you can revoke it in App Store Connect at any time.
Which role should the API key have?
Customer Support is the minimal role that can read reviews — we recommend it. Keys with broader roles work too.
How far back does the import go?
The initial sync backfills your complete review history, then checks for new reviews every 30 minutes.
