Do I need a paid G2 profile?
You need API access on your G2 account, which depends on your G2 subscription. Check the Permissions panel in your G2 Developer Portal — if the reviews scope isn't available, ask your G2 rep, or use Sentivy's CSV upload with G2's review export in the meantime.
How often do reviews sync?
