Why does Google Play sync run so frequently?
Google's API only exposes reviews from the last 7 days, so Sentivy polls every 30 minutes and never misses the window. Historical reviews can be imported once via Play Console's CSV export using Sentivy's file upload.
Do star-only ratings come through?
Google's API returns reviews that include text. Rating-only feedback isn't exposed via API — written reviews are what Sentivy analyzes.
Is the access read-only?
Yes — the recommended Play Console permission is 'View app information (read-only)'. Sentivy never needs publish or release permissions.
