Does Sentivy store call recordings?
No. Sentivy ingests transcript text and metadata only — never audio or video. Calls marked private in Gong are excluded by your Gong permissions.
Whose words get analyzed?
Transcripts are speaker-attributed, and customer-side speech is identified by participant affiliation, so analysis focuses on the customer's voice — not your reps' pitches.
How soon after a call is the transcript available?
Sentivy syncs hourly and automatically waits out Gong's transcript processing, so calls typically appear within one to two hours of ending.
Who can set up the connection?
A Gong technical administrator — they create the API key in the Gong Admin center. API access is included on all Gong plans.
